In short: this website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us, and we use it only to respond to you. We do not sell your information.
Who we are
This policy covers www.aspisdynamics.com, operated by Aspis Dynamics, 763 Waverly St., Suite 212, Framingham, MA (“we,” “us”). It explains what information we collect through this website and how we handle it. Purchases, transfers, and services handled in our shop are subject to their own paperwork and legal requirements, which this policy does not replace.
Information we collect
- Contact form. When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, subject, and message.
- Email and phone. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you include, such as your email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors.
Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as license numbers, Social Security numbers, or payment details, through the contact form or by email.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking tools.
When you first visit, we ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older. We store that answer in your browser (not in a cookie, and not on our servers) so you are not asked on every page. It lasts until you close the tab, or for 30 days if you check “Remember me.” You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Who we share it with

- Cloudflare hosts this website and protects it against attacks.
- Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Google provides our business email.
We may also disclose information when required by law, or when needed to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, such as our Armslist store and Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records, and then delete them.
Security
This site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to messages to people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sales@aspisdynamics.com. We may keep information where the law requires it.
